Ph.D. Ecology, University of Colorado
M.S. Zoology, University of Wyoming
B.A. Biology, The Colorado College

My biological interests are broad and I pursue a variety of field and laboratory studies on my own and with students. I've studied mammals, reptiles, and plants on isolated buttes in Utah, birds and bighorn sheep in Colorado, ants and other invertebrates in New Mexico, and the genetics of canyon mice. I am currently studying a collection of plants and lichens prepared nearly a century ago by Brother Arsene Brouard .
